Marketing Campaign for Dell APEX MDS
Task
Create approachable campaign assets that target small businesses about how Dell APEX Managed Device Service can relieve their IT burden.
To promote the new Dell APEX Managed Device Service (MDS), we used a personal approach by having actual Dell employees deliver the message. To highlight the small business side of the story, we brought the small business into the speaker’s space using examples of customers with composited graphics. We also created an animated vertical social graphic to push prospects to the landing page and various assets.
To help potential customers explore the service, we created a digital brochure and an infographic to give more insight into how the service works. The brochure explained the solution and benefits within the service offering, while the infographic mainly focused on the lifecycle services.
We worked with the solution’s message points to create a short B2B presentation. Throughout the presentation, our team designed the Dell APEX brand and small business photography into slides that provided a consistent brand experience from start to finish.
We created a series of branded user guides to give the customer a consistent brand experience from initial interest through onboarding. Each guide walks people through how to use the service with just the right balance of visual elements and instruction.
