K:BOS 2025

The three-event series that began in Sydney, then London, culminated in Boston with K:BOS. We created videos and presentations that evolved over the course of the events to keep up with the innovations at Klaviyo. For K:BOS, that included two opening videos and three keynotes.

Event Videos

Kicking off each day with a bang

Besides coffee, nothing starts off a day of event speakers like an opening video. We created an opening video to tease the new Klaviyo AI as well as a welcome back video for the morning of the second day.

Events Keynotes

Crisp, vibrant, and tech forward designs

For the K:BOS keynotes, our goal was to let the technology shine. All of the designs were kept simple, yet sophisticated to allow either the product or the ideas to come through loud and clear.

The launch Klaviyo AI ( K:AI for short) included two initial AI agents so we designed a tonal shift to distinguish the two. Marketing Agent leveraged a light gradated background and the Customer Agent shifted to a dark gray background to mirror the product.

Presentation design

The keynote presentations were designed and storyboarded along with video animations that were seamlessly integrated.
