Event Assets for a Virtual CXNext
LogMeIn provides industry leading solutions designed to empower companies to deliver smarter, more personalized customer engagement and support. We were excited to partner with them again on the assets for their annual CXNext event. This time, the conference gave us a new challenge — reimagining the event experience, and quickly, to be 100% virtual. We collaborated with the LogMeIn team on ten sessions, from a CEO Welcome keynote to panels, forums, and awards.
Task
Design event assets with a visual approach that helps bridge the gap from an in person event to a virtual one. Create still and motion graphics based on the event branding that helps tie the event together.
A new format brings new challenges. Our team needed to consider how an at-home audience would engage with the content and event sessions. Luckily, we had the opportunity to be inspired by some engaging discussions in their panels and forums. To create the event assets, we went to work quickly by creating a new design approach that would aid viewers in following the conversation while also keeping their attention.
While this was a scheduled event, the relevance of the sessions and content needed to extend beyond the event day. To round out the event assets, we worked with the LogMeIn team to create a series of recap videos and short clips to post on social channels. We used quick cuts and fast-paced animations to generate excitement and target those who missed the event.
