Implementing GenAI has its share of challenges and hurdles to overcome – nothing some illustrated characters and an abstract obstacle course can’t help explain. We created both a video and infographic to build awareness of the strength and expertise that Dell Technologies offers.
Task
Create an awareness video and infographic as part of a campaign that illustrates the ways that Dell helps customers navigate the challenges of implementing AI.
The GenAI excitement hit fast, and entire industries have been racing to be the first to capitalize on its benefits. Technology leaders are also racing to build awareness around how their products and services can give companies an edge. While there are real world benefits to be gained, the decisions around implementing AI can feel abstract and complex.
At the outset, our approach takes the user into that abstract and complex world of AI decisions. Our takeaway from discussions with the Dell team, was that the key to the Dell APEX GenAI story is their hands on approach. Like a sherpa guiding a climber, we created a concept that shows how the Dell team of experts are always present to help with a leg up or guidance to get you to the next step of the race. Our obstacle course presents barriers to get passed, platforms to climb, and AI model decisions to weigh.
