Creative Project Manager

As a creative project manager, you will work with the internal team to deliver projects that meet and exceed clients’ expectations. Whether you’re managing events, videos, infographics, presentations, or other creative assets you’ll take ownership of your projects throughout the entire lifecycle from client kickoff meetings to delivering a consistently superior creative product.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while effectively managing client and internal expectations.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources (internal and external) for multiple projects based on timing, scope, budget, and project requirements to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor and report budget progress weekly, ensuring that all stakeholders have up-to-date status and financials throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate all content sources to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery from the creative team.
- Track, proof, and provide Quality Assurance (QA) against project scope, client brand guidelines, and CGI standards to guarantee quality deliverables.
- Proactively escalate issues as needed and find solutions to expedite processes and avoid bottlenecks.
- Manage the creative process to ensure client expectations are exceeded, approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Work in the “gray,” adjusting approaches based on the unique requirements of each project and adapting to changing circumstances or priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project details and feedback to clients and teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for ensuring deliverables meet project scope, client specifications, and internal standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure, pivoting and adapting to the needs of individual projects, maintaining a calm and solution-oriented approach in fast-paced environments.

- A college degree and a minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in creative services or digital agency environments.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple moving parts and a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Familiarity with other project management tools is a plus
