Awareness Video for LogMeIn Rescue

LogMeIn wanted to create an awareness video to promote the simplicity and power of their Rescue Live Lens solution. The CGI team created an approach showing an agent’s ability to sit virtually shoulder-to-shoulder with a customer.

Task

Create an awareness video to promote the ease of use, simplicity, and power of the Rescue Live Lens solution. Show how video as a help desk tool can help put the agent in the room with the customer.

Project overview

Simplicity and ease of use were essential

The need to demonstrate sharing a common view in this awareness video allowed us to use a simple approach to representing the visuals. The visual simplicity was also crucial to expressing ease of use. Since the end users all have different levels of comfort with technology, it was important to show in this awareness video how simple it is to use the Live Lens solution.

Along with the 1-minute awareness video, we created three 20-second clips to share socially.
