We’re seeking an ambitious Account Executive with experience in the creative services industry.

To be successful in this sales role, you should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, be a natural at finding a way to engage with prospects and have a passion for selling creative solutions. As part of a dedicated and supportive team, your goal will be to increase business by breaking into new accounts as well as growing within existing accounts.

The day to day...
  • Strategically prospect new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of prospects, clients, and projects
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize creative outreach strategies
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle within a fast-paced environment
  • Propose solution-oriented recommendations for clients that align with our business goals
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Prepare proposals, SOWs, and estimates ensuring that scope is well defined, and expectations are established for a successful project
  • Maintain Salesforce database with opportunities, prospects, and clients

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve goals
  • Ability to discover and grow business relationships
  • An organized mind that can keep track of details while keeping the big picture in mind
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot
Your experience and education...
  • A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience within a creative service or interactive agency is a plus
