Our approach in this video was to focus on the race to get ahead of competitors and to position Dell Technologies as the partner of choice that will always be there with expert guidance or a leg up. Leveraging simple characters in this explainer video allowed us to visualize the obstacle course of decisions and have a lead character making their way through to success.

When introducing their new Gatekeeper product to audiences, Nuance realized that the biggest hurdle for customers was understanding how the Voiceprint technology used actually worked. We worked with them to build a video that explained what makes voiceprints unique from fingerprints, what audiences first compare it to, and that the new product was safe and secure.
